we have stayed in this perfectly fine hotel for 7 nights, everything was great, the location was perfect right next to the park. really enjoyed nice bathroom and air conditioning, a mini bar, and a sofa bed in our double room. the free parking was on-site, perfect service.

They accommodated our request to switch rooms due to construction noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities. It was evident that cleanliness was a top priority, as everything was spotless. the facilities were recently renovated, and the shower was excellent with warm water and high pressure. One staff member, Marcos, stood out with his delightful personality and exceptional service. He greeted us with a smile, was professional throughout, and even organized a secure storage space for our bikes ahead of our arrival. We truly appreciated his efforts and wish more hotel staff were as remarkable as him. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this B & B for our future visits to Felgueiras.
